Ingredients
1
medium-size beetroot
½ cup
natural yogurt
½ tsp
mustard seeds
5-6
curry leaves
1 slit
green chilly
Salt to
taste
A pinch
of sugar
Procedure
Wash the beetroot and cut into
halves. Pressure cook with the required amount of water until 3-4 whistles.
Grate the beetroot once cooled
down.
Heat a deep bottom vessel, add
mustard seeds. Let it splutter.
Add slit green chilly and curry
leaves.
Add natural yogurt to the grated
beetroot and give it a nice stir.
Pour the heated mix into the
grated beetroot along with salt and sugar.
Mix well before serving.
