Aylolyo (Banana Fritters)

Who all like evening snack to munch on?

Going down the memory lane, as a child, I would love snacking and I sometimes feel like eating my mom made snack even now, one of them would be ‘Aylolyo’ as we call it. It is something which is made in different parts of the world and is called differently at different places.

But basically, these are over-ripe banana fritters made with wheat flour, Semolina, Jaggery, dry fruits which are deep-fried and are so yummy that one can't eat just one.
