Energy balls

Energy balls are very easy to make and are amazing to nibble. 

Do try them out for yourself and your kids

 

Ingredients

 

1 cup Dates (Deseeded)

1/4th cup Cashew nuts

2 tbsp Cocoa powder

1 1/4th cup Almond flour or almond meal

2 tsp milk

2 drops vanilla essence

Pinch of salt 

2 tbsp almond flour for coating

 

Procedure

Add dates, cashew nuts to a mixer and grind to a coarse mix. Take it out in a mixing bowl.

Add Cocoa powder, almond flour, milk, vanilla essence, pinch of salt, and mix well making it into a dough.

Divide it into equal parts and roll them into balls.  

Coat these balls into the almond flour.

Energy balls are ready to eat

 

Tips and Notes

 

These energy balls can be stored in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
