Ingredients
1 cup
Dates (Deseeded)
1/4th
cup Cashew nuts
2 tbsp
Cocoa powder
1 1/4th
cup Almond flour or almond meal
2 tsp
milk
2 drops
vanilla essence
Pinch
of salt
2 tbsp
almond flour for coating
Procedure
Add
dates, cashew nuts to a mixer and grind to a coarse mix. Take it out in a
mixing bowl.
Add
Cocoa powder, almond flour, milk, vanilla essence, pinch of salt, and mix well
making it into a dough.
Divide
it into equal parts and roll them into balls.
Coat
these balls into the almond flour.

energy balls can be stored in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
