Watermelon Feta Salad

Best salad to beat the heat. As natural as possible with No oil no extra added salt or spice but salts and creaminess derived from Feta and crunchiness with sweetness added by the watermelon make it the most refreshing salad.

I have grown up seeing various fruit and vegetable carving created by my mom on the occasions of any gatherings at home or for various contests, she would participate with lots of enthusiasm.

Another memory that relates to watermelon is the way of cutting this bulky fruit. Cutting it zigzag circling all around it which is a wonderful way that it is divided into two parts so also the slices can be chopped very easily this way. Mom learnt it from her Father (Our maternal grandfather) and hence my mom followed the same way, passed the technique to us and since then we do it too. What a great idea isn’t it?

Try this super simple recipe for sure so do try it out along with the watermelon cutting tip.
