Ingredients

400gm whipping cream

3/4th tin Milkmaid or condensed milk

200gm strawberries blended

3-4 strawberries finely chopped

1 drop pink gel food colour (optional)

Procedure

In a vessel whip, the cream using a hand mixer until stiff peaks are formed. (Refer to notes for some instructions for whipping the cream rightly)

Add milkmaid or condensed milk to it. Pour in the strawberry pulp freshly blended.

Mix all this well with the hand mixer gently and then gather it with a spatula.

Now fold in some chopped strawberries and food colour. Lightly mix it as over mixing can affect the texture of the whipped cream.

Pour this mix into the desired container. Cover it with a cling wrap and freeze it for 5-6 hours or overnight.

Tips and Notes

Keeping the hand mixer blades, the vessel in which you wish to whip the cream and the whipping cream tetra pack into the freezer for 15-20minutes helps the whipping process. The warmness cannot let the cream whip well and it can curdle due to over mixing and frustration hence please do not skip this step.

You can replace the strawberries with any fruits of your choice making the ice cream gain that fruit flavor.
